Craig McFadden

Craig McFadden has over 30 years’ experience in the development and provision of services for persons with disabilities and youth at risk. Craig has successfully provided opportunities that impact their quality of life. The past 20 years have been spent at RCS Empowers,Inc. developing employment for individuals with severe disabilities.

Prior to RCS, He was involved in providing vocational experience for youth at risk for the Napa Valley School District in Napa, California, afforded intensive care and counseling for youth and adults at the Milwaukee Psychiatric Hospital and assisted students with emotional challenges enrolled in the STRIVE Program with Sheboygan Area School District.

Craig has been a member of the Business Education Partnership since 2004 and served as Chair Person for years 2010 and 2011.
