David Gass

David Gass graduated with a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. After law school, he joined Rohde Dales LLP as an associate and became a partner in 1986. His practice is focused on business representation in a myriad of contractual matters, entity structure, sales and acquisitions and succession planning. He has been and is currently active in many community organizations and municipal committees and commissions, currently serving on the Sheboygan Industrial Development Commission (Chairman), the City of Sheboygan Redevelopment Authority (Member), the City of Sheboygan Business Improvement District (Director), the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce (Director and Past President), Junior Achievement of Sheboygan County (Director), the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan Foundation (Director and Past President), the University of Wisconsin Board of Visitors (Member), and RCS Empowers, Inc (Director and Past President.)
