Joanie Reid

Director of People Services for HermanMiller Healthcare, including Nemschoff. Born in IA, but growing up in Michigan, Joanie is a proud graduate of MSU and remains an ardent Spartan fan. She has held multiple leadership roles in talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compliance, policy development, and HR consulting. She has worked closely with business leaders in union and non-union settings as well as sales and marketing, R&D, supply management, etc. She has achieved her Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where she is President Elect of the local chapter. Joanie continues to volunteer at Hospice of Holland. She lives in Sheboygan but frequently travels to MI, where she is also able to reunite with her husband, who remains there to manage his business. Between them, Jim and Joanie have 4 children, all of whom have left the nest and are flying on their own (almost!)
