Leadership Institute Curriculum: Comprised of Leadership Institute graduates this group of volunteers develops and oversees the full year of Institute experiential  days. Meetings are monthly and each member is encouraged to play a lead role in at least one of the nine community days.

Coastal Connections Core Team:
As the leadership group for the Chamber’s Young Professionals group, volunteer officers and core team members develop programs and events, recruit and retain Coastal Connections members, and garner support from area businesses.

Safety Council Core Team:
Now a core part of the Sheboygan County Chamber, Safety Council volunteers create a full year of programs and events for anyone dealing with safety management within companies.

Business Assistance: Just like it sounds, this team of volunteers develops educational and other programs to assist small businesses, and oversees the Chamber’s SCORE program (consultation for new business endeavors).

Business-Education Partnership:
The chamber is the place where representatives from education and business work together to ensure a strong future workforce. This team is responsible for Career Connections as well as a variety of other community projects that link teachers and students with the business world.

Business Advocacy: If there is an issue that is impeding business in Sheboygan County this committee helps identify it and deal with it, whatever it takes. Hosts of First Friday Forums and advocates for a strong business climate, these volunteers work hard to hold elected officials accountable and reduce red tape that keeps businesses from their best.

City of Sheboygan Tourism Board: This group of six specified representatives from the City of Sheboygan, the Chamber and city and county hospitality enterprises, oversees the contract for Tourism Promotion with the City of Sheboygan.

Ambassadors: Always the heart of the Chamber, our Ambassadors help in membership recruitment and retention, host the annual golf outing, and raise dollars for college scholarships. This is an exclusive group of 30 individuals who have been selected to represent the Chamber in our communities and they do it very well!
