Need To Be Connected, Partner Real

Most have heard the adage “it is better to work together than in silos.” It rings true for any organization, in any corner of the world, striving to build new relationships and partnerships to move forward, achieve goals and reach new levels of success.

Working together to move forward has been a vibrant theme in Sheboygan County. Silos are being broken, peer-to-peer resourcing is organically forming and new friendships are ongoing. Businesses realize they need others’ help to share its mission, whether it be providing outstanding automobile repair, providing a world-class golf and dining experience, or pioneering lean user practices in manufacturing.

The need for connectedness is showcased time and time again by the high volume attendance at Chamber events, from the 217 golfers at the golf outing this September, the more than 500 attendees at the awards gala in February celebrating business success, and the 100 or more members networking at Business After Hours. More real is the 214 new members joining the Chamber the past two years instantly becoming community players ready to share and be heard. There is something going on that is working for all of us in Sheboygan County—and you are a big part of the reason. If you would like to become a distinguished member, please fill out this short application.
